Made of fine quality C45 steel. Other carbon steel, stainless steel or cast iron material sprockets also available according to clients special requirements.
Surface anti-rust oil, blackening or zinc plated treatment according to requirements.
Teeth can be hardened to HRC40-50 if request. After special aged treatment, they are with stable quality, uniform hardness and durable in use.
